Isonics Corporation to Exhibit at SEMICON Europa 2002 Industry Leader to Introduce New Product Line at Largest International Semiconductor Equipment and Materials Conference and Exposition
Wednesday April 10, 9:28 am Eastern Time Press Release SOURCE: Isonics Corporation GOLDEN, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 10, 2002-- Isonics Corporation (Nasdaq:ISON - news), a leader in the development of isotopically engineered semiconductor materials and a supplier of isotopes for life sciences and health care applications, announced that it will be introducing a new line of thick film SOI wafers to the European community at SEMICON Europa 2002, in Munich, Germany to be held April 16-18. The Company will be presenting their entire semiconductor materials product line, including their very popular high thermal conductivity silicon-28 epi wafers. Isonics' SOI wafers are available in 4, 5, and 6-inch diameters with device layers greater than 1 micron thick. A wide range of custom specifications is available with 3-4 week delivery times on standard products. Silicon-28 SOI wafers are also available for customer evaluation. SEMICON Europa, established to promote international business, learning and networking opportunities for semiconductor equipment, material and service suppliers, is the largest international conference and exposition specific to semiconductor equipment and materials in Europe.
