 Isonics Silicon is a leader for wafer reclaim, test/monitor wafers and custom wafer processing services. Our Vancouver, WA manufacturing facility is located within the “Silicon Forest” and is an easy drive to multiple regional fabs and Portland’s international airport.
Our unique niche is the ability to offer in-house capabilities to supply reclaim and test wafers, ultra-thin wafers and specialty bonding services. This diversification is a natural extension of our core competencies and provides additional benefits as a platform to develop new technologies and provide a “one-stop-shop” for custom wafer processing projects. As a member of the EMC3D group, we are able to further leverage our capabilities with other industry leaders.
